About the Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for fielding L1 and L1.5 requests, including password recovery, network connectivity issues, and providing support for SAP and Salesforce systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in a variety of tech stacks including M365, Jira, and Outlook, and show a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities

L1/L1.5 SAP, Salesforce, and M365 Support:

  • Provide initial troubleshooting for SAP, Salesforce, M365 applications, including resolving user access issues, basic navigation help, and feature usage support.
  • Create and exit users in Salesforce.
  • Create Salesforce user reports and dashboards.
  • Perform basic SAP support requests such as moving transports, scheduling jobs, configuring alerts, and technical configuration.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to M365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint.

General IT Support:

  • Set up, configure, and maintain new workstations, laptops, and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
  • Provide network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi issues and basic router/switch configurations.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Customer Service:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by effectively communicating with users to understand their technical problems and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Educate users on IT policies, best practices, and preventative measures to minimize recurring issues.

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in an IT support role, preferably with on-site support responsibilities.
  • Experience SAP and Salesforce systems with the ability to provide troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in MS365 applications and services, Jira, and email client configurations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Pay Range: $53,600 to $59,200

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our Greensboro, NC facility. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
