About the Role

As a Senior Manager of Field Operations and Training, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Precor's field service excellence. Leading a dynamic and high-velocity team, you will be at the forefront of managing and developing our extensive Field Service Network, encompassing direct and third-party service personnel, field support teams, and our Service Training division. Your leadership will ensure that we deliver unparalleled field service and installation experiences to our customers, setting new industry standards for quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee a diverse team, including Dispatch Agents, Admins, Field Technicians, Training and Content Specialists, and Managers, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and high performance.
  • Service Excellence and Compliance: Ensure top-tier service and installation quality across the US and Canada, maintaining compliance and performance excellence with all field service and installation partners.
  • Strategic Development: Expand our field network to meet and exceed company KPIs for field service & install performance, ensuring global support through meticulous management of the International Technical Training Calendar.
  • Management of Technical Content and Training Materials: Directly manage the Technical Content and Training team to support the development of innovative training materials and resources that significantly improve global field service and installation performance.
  • Global Training Calendar Oversight: Maintain an international technical training calendar to provide consistent, comprehensive training support to all global partners, underscoring training as a foundational pillar of operational success.
  • Fleet and Resource Optimization: Manage Precor's field fleet, optimizing usage, resale value, and safety records, while overseeing the technical content and training team to globally enhance service and installation standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Direct the financial performance of the department, focusing on maximizing team utilization and reducing operational costs.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and manage critical KPIs, including utilization, service resolution, time to service, and customer satisfaction metrics, among others.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments to drive continuous improvement in customer experience, departmental efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Elevate the Precor installation experience, ensuring transparency, ease of process, and superior quality for all Precor customers.
  • Technology Integration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure field service and training technologies are cutting-edge and align with industry standards.
  • Project Support: Provide leadership and support for departmental projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to Precor's mission.

Qualifications

  • 10 Years Field Service Experience
  • 8 Years Management Experience

 

Pay Range: $138K to $156K

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
