About the Role

As an SAP FI Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing SAP FI solutions, implementing system configurations, and providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth functioning of Precor’s SAP ECC system. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions. You will provide day-to-day business support, produce configuration changes, and support the SAP FICO modules, including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing configuration, Product Costing BOMS, Product Costing Conversion and other topics as they come up.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial processes and requirements.
  • Design SAP FI solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Configure SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling (CO) as per business needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP FI configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP FI functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize SAP FI system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage SAP FI system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls in all SAP FI configurations and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP FI systems.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years as an SAP FI Functional Analyst or Consultant, with hands-on experience in SAP FI module configuration and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI module functionalities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 Finance is required.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) is a plus.

 

 

Base Salary: $130,000 to $146,200

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
