About The Role

The Customer Care, Service Administration Coordinator is responsible to co-ordinate and manage the successful delivery and installation of all customer orders from order entry through to completion of a successful installation.  Taking ownership and supporting our customers with service, parts and technical requests and being their first point of contact. In this role you will be responsible for: Customer Care, Service Administration, Orders and D&I Coordination.

The position reports to the EMEA Customer Care Manager.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Processing equipment orders and support customers and sales teams.
  • Coordinating D&I planning with external installation partners.
  • Ensuring timely and complete order process e2e incl. invoicing, reclamations and returns.
  • Taking and supporting customers service, parts and technical requests.
  • Processing parts orders e2e.
  • Creating purchase orders and van stock replenishments for spare parts.
  • Creating customer quotes for service and parts orders
  • Planning maintenance and check-up visits.
  • Working closely with field service team, supply chain, logistic and controlling team.
  • Fulfilling contractual obligations against business agreements.
  • Ensuring correct invoice processing against leasing companies.
  • Processing team & KPI reporting and ensure KPI´s are constantly met.
  • Supporting and co-operating with service administration.
  • Maintaining order book and supporting the sales teams with correct delivery dates.
  • Processing inbound invoices.
  • Working on administrative tasks.
  • To work as part of EMEA Customer Care, Orders and D&I team, reviewing processes and seeking for improvement.

 

Qualifications  

In order to be successful in this role, you will have: Any equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job, will be considered

  • Certificated education in a business or technical relevant field or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CS environment
  • Highly customer orientated personality
  • Understanding of processes in field services and supply chain (spare parts logistic and)
  • Ability to read exploded view diagrams and technical drawings in general
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP & SFDC experience
  • Highly organized with a “can-do” attitude, even in stress situations
  • Likes to talk and negotiate with customers.
  • Team player attitude and taking accountability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Advanced French and Spanish, additional language skills an advantage
  • Likes Sports and technical sport products
  • Experience in the fitness industry is an advantage but not mandator
