About the Role

Join Precor as a Field Service Technician supporting commercial fitness facilities throughout the Shenzhen area. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain industry-leading Precor and Peloton Commercial fitness equipment while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, working independently, and providing solutions directly to customers in the field. You’ll have the support of a dedicated team while managing your own service schedule and territory.

This role requires daily travel throughout the assigned service area, including driving between customer locations. Candidates should be comfortable with an active workday that includes standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical tasks for the duration of the shift. Hours may vary based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Precor and Peloton Commercial fitness equipment to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Independently diagnose and resolve customer-reported product issues through effective troubleshooting and repair.
  • Perform product repairs, preventive maintenance, adjustments, and equipment inspections at customer fitness facilities.
  • Utilize knowledge of spare parts, repair procedures, and technical documentation to complete service activities efficiently.
  • Ensure all required service processes, procedures, documentation, and reporting requirements are accurately completed.
  • Verify hardware, software, and network functionality following each service visit to ensure equipment is fully operational.
  • Educate customers on equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and product usage to deliver an exceptional service experience.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts within assigned service vehicle; replenish supplies as needed.
  • Maintain company-provided vehicle in safe and reliable working condition.
  • Serve as a technical product expert and brand ambassador, representing Precor and Peloton Commercial with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Electronics, Electronics Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent technical training or hands-on experience will be considered.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in the field.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to accurately document service activities, repairs, parts usage, and customer interactions.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and personalities.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position equipment weighing up to 70 lbs. with assistance.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on customer and business needs.

  • 推广服务产品销售
  • 担任Precor产品专家及品牌大使
  • 每次服务后确保产品的硬件、软件及网络正常运行
  • 完成经理交办的其他任务

 

任职资格

  • 电子专业、电子技术等专科以上学历
  • 3年以上售后技术岗位经验
  • 优秀的客户服务技能
  • 能够独立工作并具备良好的团队协作能力
  • 出色的解决问题的能力，能快速分析故障并灵活应对
  • 中等计算机操作能力，能熟练完成文档编写和数据跟踪
  • 能够在协助下提起重达70磅的物品
  • 灵活的工作时间安排：必要时可接受夜班、周末及节假日工作
