About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Precor in the role of Sr. Account Manager for the Middle East, focusing on but not limited to the KSA & UAE regions. This position will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing business relationships with our partners and key accounts, with a primary focus on driving revenue and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing tailored sales strategies, ensuring seamless management of cross-border activities for our key accounts, and facilitating communication of terms and conditions to relevant stakeholders.

Directly contracted by Precor but working closely with Partners and key accounts and collaborating across departments within Precor, the Sr. Account Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for our key accounts. Essential attributes for success in this role include strong selling skills, adept project management abilities, persuasive communication, dedicated customer service, diligent follow-up, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Candidates must reside in the Middle East UAE OR Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and be able to commit to 50%+ travel.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate closely with official partners to ensure initiatives and deliverables align with company objectives and contribute to achieving business goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and the Key Account community.
  • Assess performance and manage customer expectations for positive outcomes.
  • Represent Precor at trade shows, fostering professional client relationships.
  • Establish win/win relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive joint Precor/Partner customer profiles and create strategic plans to drive mutual business growth and align with shared objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Business Manager to forecast sales volume and identify growth opportunities.
  • Present plans and strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Gather market data to innovate and tap into new market segments.
  • Assist in setting performance goals and managing business plans.

Sales & Commercial Execution:

  • Communicate Precor's goals and programs effectively.
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Provide sales reports, forecast, and manage opportunities.
  • Manage customer project meetings and oversee the customer journey.
  • Coordinate with design team for facility refurbishments.
  • Estimate delivery dates and maintain sales data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Lead the customer journey with Precor.

Other:

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and freight program development under the guidance of the Sr Business Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales or account management experience in a commercial environment, including at least 4 years experience of K.S.A market and Middle East and/or fitness markets.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including delivering presentations, seminars, and sales proposals.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects/accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions and resolving customer needs diplomatically.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Experience managing top key accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial fitness market trends, business practices, and familiarity with fitness equipment.
  • Skilled in developing and executing strategies and action plans, and monitoring performance results.
  • Fluent in oral and written communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Adaptable and responsive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in management, leadership, and sales processes.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable to track results and performance.
