About the Role

The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in the Precor organization, blending strong creative expertise with a deep understanding of brand standards and business objectives. This position is responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that support marketing, sales, and internal communications across the company. The ideal candidate will ensure brand consistency, visual excellence, and effective storytelling through thoughtful design execution, collaboration, and attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, including marketing materials, presentations, web assets, social content, sales collateral, and internal communications.
  • Translate brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives into visually compelling and consistent designs.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency are met.
  • Apply strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles to all design work.
  • Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Participate in creative reviews, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of brand standards and visual systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or mixed environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including brand systems, marketing collateral, and digital assets
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma or similar tools preferred
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

 

Pay Range: $75,000 to $98,000 

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
