About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior OTC Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP ECC to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and system integrity.

This role requires strong functional leadership, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to architect solutions across ECC and integrated SAP modules, with exposure to S/4HANA transformation initiatives preferred. 

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Architect and own end-to-end OTC solutions in SAP ECC, covering: Order Management, Pricing & Rebates, Delivery & Shipping, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, Returns & Claims, and  Accounts Receivable integration.
  • Design scalable and compliant OTC solutions aligned with business strategy and SAP best practices.
  • Lead solution design for ECC enhancements, rollouts, and global template implementations.

Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the OTC functional lead/architect for large-scale SAP programs and complex initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SD configuration and cross-module integration (FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, CRM).
  • Review and approve functional designs, technical specifications, and solution documentation.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with business leaders to understand current-state processes and define future-state OTC solutions.
  • Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, and design sessions with global stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Integration & Technical Oversight

  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP ECC SD and FI-AR, including revenue recognition, tax determination, and credit & risk management. 
  • Support integrations with third-party systems (tax engines, CRM, logistics, billing platforms).

Testing, Deployment & Support

  • Oversee functional testing strategy including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Support cutover planning, data migration validation, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Ensure adherence to SAP standards, SOX/compliance requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building.

  

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP OTC Analyst or Consultant in a production environment. 
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is required. 
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management. 
  • Expertise in integrating SAP OTC with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM. 
  • Proven experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations (full lifecycle). 
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, and order management. 
  • Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects and working in cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders. 

 

Pay Range: $160,000 to $170,000

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
