About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A to join Precor's Finance team. FP&A plays a crucial role for Precor overseeing financial operations and strategy to ensure financial stability and growth. The Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A will contribute to the decision-making towards Precor’s long-term financial health by combining technical and financial expertise with tactical vision and leadership. This role reports to the Director of Finance and is a high visibility position in that there will be collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders as well as with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- With a global lens, lead the preparation and consolidation of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand financial drivers, performance trends, and key risks and opportunities.
- Provide monthly reporting and variance analysis with actionable insights for Senior Leadership and relevant business and finance stakeholders review.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the team with financial presentations, materials, and strategic decision support.
- Manage and maintain the company’s three-statement financial model (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to provide a comprehensive view of the organizations financial health.
- Drive process improvements across FP&A to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
- Prepare and deliver monthly forecasts of net working capital and free cash flow, including detailed trend analysis of key metrics such as DSO, DPO, and DSI to inform decision makers.
- Oversee operational expenses of IT, G&A, and R&D, including depreciation and capital planning.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate financial results and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’ degree in Finance, Accounting Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in FP&A and financial analysis, with a proven track record in financial planning and strategy.
- Proven track record with free cash flow and net working capital forecasting.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis
- Mastery of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and supporting executive decision-making.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or professional certification, such as a CPA or CFA.
Pay Range: $150,000 to $170,000
The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
