About the Role
The Regional Business Manager for Precor is responsible for growing our market share in the selected commercial segments by developing and maintaining business relationships with key customers and developing sales strategies to ensure revenue and profit growth in the country. Selling skills, leadership, passion for the fitness industries, customer service, integrity, and professionalism are important factors in the daily administration of this position. This role is ideal for a Sales Leader who has experience in the fitness industry and can think strategically and positively, uses their initiative, is willing to make an impact, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Regional Business Manager will focus on developing sales strategies to ensure revenue and profit growth, business development and identify key customers. This role will ensure the team's continued success and improve efficiencies within our commercial business - from pre-sale to collaborative retention. The Regional Business manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and expanding our commercial business to scale our market share.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with top decision-makers in the fitness industry.
Works closely with regional and local fitness clubs to grow the Precor Commercial business and market share. - Develops and maintains a clear and actionable business plan, outlining activities, time allocation, and consistent processes to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Creates budgeting and sales forecasting process.
- Follows up on all sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
- Prepares and presents sales proposals and tenders, including price quotations, credit terms, delivery, service, and leasing options.
- Delivers effective sales presentations, both formal and informal, to customer contacts at all levels.
- Works closely with Customer Service to maintain high customer satisfaction and to help coordinate prompt and effective resolution of all product and service issues.
- Implement Joint key account strategies with partners to develop incremental business within key markets.
- Successfully delivers forecasted sales and profitability across Partner markets in line with agreed Targets.
- Collect and analyze market data to drive growth and develop markets.
- Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact Precor sales.
- Ensure that distributors' revenue targets are achieved within the responsible territories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience selling product in a Fitness environment.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused
approach. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire performance with sales teams.
- Deep understanding of CRM software and best practices.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both Precor & competitor's products and services.
- Multi-lingual – English and one other language.
Pay Range:$100K - $115K
The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
