About the Role

Precor is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Education and Event Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is critical in ensuring the success of our customer training programs and successful execution of small to large scale events.

In this role, you will be the main liaison between our coaching team, customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate impactful educational experiences that drive program activation, and you will support the Events Manager in coordinating details that drive brand visibility and customer engagement through industry trade shows and onsite customer events.

Responsibilities

Education & Training Coordination (25%):

  • Act as the primary point of contact between our B2B customers and our coaching team.
  • Manage the logistics and coordination of training sessions, including collaborating with customers to understand their training needs, scheduling sessions for their staff, and following up.
  • Ensure a smooth training experience by providing pre-session materials, communicating expectations, and gathering feedback.
  • Track and report on training program metrics and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.

 

Event Marketing Coordination (75%):

  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, events and HQ customer visits.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including event registration, attendee communication, and tracking to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Track activities and budget within existing planning templates and documents.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, invitations, pre- and post-show communications. 
  • Support the post-event evaluation process by gathering feedback and making recommendations for future events.
  • Create POs and ensure invoices are submitted and processed in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or customer success roles (B2B experience preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Team-focused attitude that enjoys collaboration and taking on new challenges.

 

Pay Range: $30.00 to $33.00/hr

 

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
