About the Role
As a Senior SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Analyst you will have extensive experience with SAP OTC implementation, configuration, and support in complex business environments. The Senior SAP OTC Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our SAP Sales and Distribution processes, ensuring seamless integration with other modules, and driving business efficiencies through best practices in SAP.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP OTC projects, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and support.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP OTC solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring high-quality system performance.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP OTC, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Sales Order Processing, Credit Management, and Integration with Finance and Logistics modules.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
- Document existing SAP OTC configurations and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within the SAP OTC area, coordinating with SAP Basis and Development teams for technical resolution, including IDOC processing and ABAP analysis.
- Support user training, provide knowledge transfer, and create detailed documentation for SAP OTC processes and configurations.
- Ensure system integration between SD, MM, WM, and FI modules to maintain smooth end-to-end business processes.
- Lead system upgrades and migrations, providing guidance and best practices for SAP OTC functionality.
- Perform system testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP OTC Analyst or Consultant in a production environment.
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is required.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management.
- Expertise in integrating SAP OTC with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM.
- Proven experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations (full lifecycle).
- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, and order management.
- Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
- SAP certification in OTC module is a plus.
Pay Range: $140,000 to $150,000
The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
