Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain and Operations

About the Role

Precor is looking for a Sr. Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, automation, and overall supply chain processes. The ideal candidate for this role will champion our strategy to enhance our processes, utilize systems thinking to identify areas of improvement and champion new processes that increase quality, productivity, and efficiency to ultimately drive operational excellence. You are both process oriented and analytical, but willing to embrace change. You will work cross functionally to impact all aspects of our operational systems, while focusing on data and information flow.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to think customer first and solve business problems across the end-to-end supply chain, leveraging structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources along with data science and automation technologies.
Develop, implement, and support data-oriented solutions to solve business needs across the supply chain organization
Perform data analysis and visualization using appropriate tools including SQL, Power BI and Excel
Apply statistical analysis to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making to drive for results through decisive action
Coordinate cross functionally to define, scope and prioritize business problems to be addressed
Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish KPI's, and manage the lifecycle of projects to ensure continuous improvement and success to win together.
Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree
5+ years working experience as a business analyst
3+ years PowerBI experience and excellent proficiency in other data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent proficiency working in Microsoft Suite Products
5+ years experience supporting operations, materials management, and/or supply chain functions

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar

Pay Range: $115,000 to $135,000

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
