Job Summary:
The Home Program Coordinator is a qualified professional nurse responsible for the care of ESRD patients. They assemble, tests, operates and services equipment used for peritoneal dialysis and training.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• One year experience in nursing with an additional 3 months’ experience in peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis modality.
• Certification of completion of peritoneal dialysis training and home hemodialysis training.
• CPR Certification.
