Pure Life Renal of Louisville is a fast-growing outpatient dialysis facility looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced RN to provide quality care to our patients.  Current position is per diem but can evolve into full time position if desired

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and record vital signs, assess patient condition, and communicate changes to the physician
• Educate patients and their families about their disease and treatment plan
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
