Qualified Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of Dialysis experience 2 preferred for position of Charge Nurse. The Charge Nurse serves as the clinical leader for the assigned shift, overseeing daily operations of the dialysis unit and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. In a charge capacity, this role supervises and supports staff, assigns patient care based on acuity, and provides guidance in clinical decision-making and prioritization. The Charge Nurse ensures compliance with physician orders, dialysis protocols, and regulatory standards, while coordinating workflow, responding to emergencies, and serving as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse
• Training and/or experience (one-two years preferred) in an outpatient hemodialysis setting
• CPR Certification
