Pure Life Renal of Louisville is seeking a compassionate highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Peritoneal Home Dialysis team.  This full time role focuses on patient education, clinical management, and ongoing support for adults receiving peritoneal dialysis at home.  The ideal candidate is autonomous, patient-centered, organized, and confident in delivering high-quality home dialysis care in compliance with CMS Conditions of Coverage.  Our Home Dialysis department is dedicated to empowering patients to manage their therapy safely at home.  We maintain low peritonitis rates, strong clinical outcomes, and a patient-centered culture focused on independence, dignity, and quality of life.
