WindFarm Marketing is an award-winning inbound marketing agency located in Rocklin, California. We are looking to expand our team of marketers with someone who has extensive experience in paid advertising campaign creation, implementation, and optimization as well as solid HubSpot knowledge and experience. Our agency specializes in growing B2C brands online, especially health and fitness companies.

ROLE SUMMARY


The Inbound Campaign Developer, in a remote capacity, is responsible for supporting the Inbound Consultant and Windfarm Marketing; through the timely and accurate implementation of all campaign assets pertinent to each individual client partnership.


A Day In The Life Of...


At WindFarm, our Inbound Campaign Developers know they are responsible for implementing assets and deliverables in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure client satisfaction and success. You will support various team members by completing implementation and campaign development tasks as required for a diverse set of clients. Variety is the spice of life for a Inbound Campaign Developer and a typical day could involve any of these tasks:


  • Support the Inbound Marketing Consultants as instructed and specified for each client partnership.

  • Create and/or implement all web marketing assets in HubSpot or similar platform (including but not limited to landing pages, thank you pages, blog posts, web pages and emails) for client campaigns and according to best practices.

  • Implement social media ads for clients, mainly using Facebook and Instagram, according to best practices.

  • Schedule social media posts for clients, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter through the HubSpot platform.

  • Regularly (weekly, monthly) collect and record data from campaigns for each client, using the client Scorecard spreadsheet as the reporting tool.

  • Update HTML or CSS in HubSpot or on websites

  • Participate with Windfarm Marketing in team meetings, training and planning sessions as required.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


  • Previous success working in a completely remote role

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the midst of challenging situations

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience

  • Two (2) years of related experience with data analysis, digital marketing, or web-based service experience

  • Proficiency on Mac OS, Microsoft Excel, Google docs, sheets and drive, and all web-based software used regularly in the digital marketing environment

  • Experience in Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with the HubSpot tools (HubSpot certification required within 3 months of employment)

  • A basic knowledge of HTML and CSS 

  • Organizational and analytical proficiencies 

  • Ability to complete tasks within projected deadline 

  • Familiarity with project management software (Teamwork)

  • Must work well with others in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Desire and ability to learn new fields of study

  • Experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc).

  • Mastery of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords advertising platforms

  • Incredible attention to detail and excellent writing skills

  • Desire to work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and virtual environment
