Compensation:  $55-$65/hour. Estimate ~20 hours/week. Contractor pays own travel from school to school.

 

Education Level:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, AND 

  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role, OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience (more professional experience and less formal education is acceptable)

 

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Support Specialist (Contract) who is passionate about our mission and our customers! This position will support a large Houston partner and their implementation across 25 schools. Experience in the EdTech industry and/or a background in K-12 education is strongly preferred. The right team member will be a strong communicator who loves maintaining relationships with the partner, working with educators at all levels, and has a strong passion for the RoboKind product and mission. There is a technical support aspect to this role, so the right fit will need to be comfortable with technology and troubleshooting. The Implementation Support Specialist will be primarily responsible for working with educators and students in the classroom in order to ensure high fidelity usage. Strong organizational skills are very important.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • "Pushing into" classrooms across a large Houston district to support in-person program usage and fidelity

  • Ensuring the timely and successful ongoing communication of program utilization, progress, and/or other information according to partner needs and objectives

  • Preparing and communicating clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly and monthly

  • Working tech support requests in a timely manner and meeting with/escalating issues to the development team as appropriate

  • Training educators on best practices and new features within the RoboKind platform

  • Proactively problem-solving partner issues

  • Addressing partner inquiries in a timely, professional, and clear manner

  • Communicating, and when necessary, escalating partner concerns, issues, or problems with internal teams (including product development, partnerships, etc.)

  • Proactively identifying and documenting suggestions/recommendations to improve the partner experience

  • Working within our CRM to manage and thoroughly document partner activity and progress

  • Participates in ongoing meetings with RoboKind Partnership, Implementation, and Professional Learning teams

     

Location of Work:  It is very important to note that this role is an in-person contract assignment and will require local, timely presence across a large Houston district. Travel expenses will be covered as agreed in the contract.
