    Compensation:  Base compensation range is $60,000 - $90,000/year depending on geographic location and experience. Compensation plan also includes an uncapped commission plan that starts at dollar 1, and is paid monthly.

     

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, and 

    • Minimum two years of experience in Education Sales, OR 

    • Equivalent combination of education and experience (more professional experience and less formal education is acceptable)

     

    Position Overview:

    RoboKind is looking for multiple New Partnership Managers to join our amazing company. As part of the Commercial team, you will be doing outreach calls and campaigns to PK-12 school districts in a defined territory/region. Experience in the EdTech industry is Strongly preferred. This is a growing part of our organization, and we are looking for passionate team members who believe in our mission and the students and educators we serve. We are looking for problem solvers, who are passionate about the mission, who can think outside of the box and have a lot of fun growing your territory in a team environment. We help generate leads for you, but a “hunter” mentality is what we are looking for. We offer a generous base salary plus commission compensation plan.

     

    Primary Responsibilities of New Partnership Manager

    • Work in a defined GTM territory with an established revenue number

    • Use our CRM, HubSpot, to launch email campaigns, create opportunities, create/send proposals, log activities, lead generation, etc

    • Use critical thinking skills to differentiate yourself and think outside the box using social media and other sales enablement tools to drive net new business and upsell to current customer base

    • Conduct effective virtual and in-person demos to prospects

    • Establish relationships with prospects and grow ongoing relationships with the partners

    • Ability to travel to educational technology conferences as appropriate within assigned territory as appropriate

    • Ability to create and present business plan for growing your territory

     

    Skills Required for New Partnership Manager

    • Experience in handling CRM software and other common computer software, such as Power Point, MS Word, Outlook and MS Excel, Zoom, etc.

    • Utilize the sales process to manage and close opportunities  

    • K-12 Sales experience a plus in SAAS or Hardware

    • Entrepreneurial attitude to own your territory

    • An understanding of PK-12 Funding Cycles and knowledge of Title Programs (i.e. Special Ed, Federal Programs, etc.).

    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to schedule and conduct discovery meetings and demos

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence

    • Creative thinking with ability to resolve critical problems

    • Self-starters who are focused and competitive as well as strong team players with high energy

    • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

    • Ability to work in a remote environment.
