Compensation:  Commensurate with education level and experience; combination of base pay with bonus potential tied to customer success, measured by renewal and expansion sales of products and services. Base compensation range is $45,000-$55,000/year; Target total compensation, at plan, is $70,000-$85,000/year

 

Education Level:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, AND 

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience (more professional experience and less formal education is acceptable)

 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Partnership Success Manager who is passionate about our mission and our partners! This position involves managing a portfolio of K-12 schools across the country. Experience in the EdTech industry and/or a background in K-12 education is strongly preferred. The right team member will be a strong communicator who loves building and maintaining relationships with district leaders and school educators. The PSM plays an integral role in helping the vision of RoboKind become a reality in classrooms, supporting our schools with the resources they need. Strong organizational skills are very important. The PSM will need to be timely in both responding to partner inquiries, as well as proactively reaching out and maintaining ongoing communication with their assigned accounts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the lead post-sale point of contact for assigned partner accounts

  • Supporting the timely and ongoing communication of product updates, program utilization, progress, and other information that ensures partner success

  • Collaborating with district and school leaders on effective implementation plans

  • Analyzing usage data and metrics to increase engagement and support the fidelity of the program

  • Identifying and promoting upsell or expansion opportunities among existing relationships

  • Escalating partner concerns, issues, or problems with internal teams (including product development, sales, and finance/accounting)

  • Proactively identifying and documenting suggestions/recommendations to improve the product and partner experience

  • Working within our CRM, Hubspot, to manage and thoroughly document partner activity
