Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • ·       Serving as a liaison between customers, training consultants, and the sales and customer success teams on meeting/exceeding customers’ short and long term professional learning and training goals
  • ·       Developing trusted relationships with assigned contacts, stakeholders, and decision makers
  • ·       Maintaining product and learning management system knowledge
  • ·       Understanding and navigating through organizational hierarchies and funding sources related to training and professional development
  • ·       Effectively using software various tools (project management software, customer relationship software, reporting software, etc) to manage information and processes
  • ·       Collaborating with cross functional internal teams to share ideas, give feedback, and share current research and best practices related to adult learning
  • ·       Referring customers to sales, technical support, and other RoboKind team members, as needed
  • ·       Working with RoboKind Executive leadership team to forecast talent needs based on the services pipeline
  • ·       Proactively escalating customer requests or issues as needed
  • ·       Collaborating with proposal consultants to create services plans for grant, RFP, and other proposals
  • Developing customer training plans to identify blended and flexible approaches to learning and mastery
  • Working in a defined GTM territory and meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Managing training consultants to ensure timely delivery of high quality professional services
  • Working with the customer success team and customers to schedule virtual and onsite training events
  • Monitor customer usage of self paced training solutions
  • Maintaining and using customer relationship management and marketing communication tools to log communications, training activities, and manage event attendance
  • Using Critical thinking to think outside of the box to design and deliver innovate professional learning experiences
  • Using social media to be an influencer and though leader related to training and professional development
  • Scheduling and Leading high quality “Train the Trainer” and Thought leadership sessions with high level and strategic customers
  • Establishing relationships training and implementation contacts in customer accounts
  • Providing updates on professional service delivery schedules
  • Providing mentoring to training consultants
  • Identifying ways to enhance/enable professional learning success
  • Traveling 2-3 times/month to customer locations, as needed/appropriate
  • Leading the creation of new/updated RoboKind training and PD content
  • Supporting the sales and customer success teams in the sales of training, PD, and other services
