Volunteer Days
Position Overview:
RoboKind is hiring full and part time Project Managers to work on mid to large scale implementations across multiple organizations who implement robot hardware, software, and services for use in educational and therapeutic settings. As our company grows and scales, you will be a critical part of our Customer Success team, who work together to implement across multiple locations within a school district/other organization.
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Compensation: Commensurate with education level and experience; combination of base pay with bonus potential tied to customer success. Total compensation range is $60,000-$80,000/year.
Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, AND
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Technical and Business-Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- 2 or more years of work experience as Project Manager preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience with and ability to use Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to use project management solutions to manage and prioritize action on complicated projects and cross functional activities
- Previous experience managing public sector (education, state/local government, etc) projects preferred
- · Ability to use various business software applications (presentation software, videoconferencing software, scheduling software, communication software, etc)
- · Financial acumen
- · Strong typing/keyboarding skills
- · Travel experience
- · Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to adapt and take on additional tasks and responsibilities outside of the job description as asked by leadership
