Our award winning robots- Jett and Robon, are humanoid robots with the most advanced facial expressions in education today. Students learn to code using our curriculum with the help of interacting with our patented robots, who speak, express emotion, walk and dance. robots4STEM is changing the way STEM curriculum and robotics is integrated in our education system today and looking to add to our high energy team.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a strong role in establishing the strategic campaign and marketing tone of robots4STEM. This designated candidate will develop and cultivate meaningful campaigns through their event coordination, email/social media analytics and project management experience. This candidate will be expected to attend all necessary events, conferences and summits, work closely with executives and departmental leads to display our message in a uniform way. The marketing coordinator will also develop and maintain marketing campaign processes to increase work flow and optimize inter-departmental collaboration. He/she will measure, analyze and report to the performance of social media and email campaigns with specific marketing project management software tools, browser and mobile applications.

Responsibilities & Duties:

·       Prepare monthly pipelines and track progress of initiated partnerships and marketing campaigns.

·       Coordinate and attend special events, conferences and summits as needed. 

·       Engage with potential organization, event, social media partners

·       Develop and execute organizational processes within marketing, email/social media, events and conferences.

·       Communicate regularly with team leads of all departments to optimize efficiency of newly adopted processes.

·       Manage and coordinate team deadlines by utilizing specific project management software tools.

·       Manage email campaigns and publishing analytics reports by week, month, quarter and YTD.

·       Share engaging content on various social media platforms

·       Manage online communities across multiple social media platforms

·       Collaborate with other team members- sales, marketing, account management and executives

·        Drive all email campaign analytics, hashtag/keyword tracking for weekly reporting

·       Define patterns in target demographics, segmentation, click through behavior from data produced in email campaigns

·       Report on real time, weekly, monthly and historical SEO campaigns

·       Analyze and report deliverability, open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.

 

Qualifications

·       Highly organized with multiple project assignments

·       Experience with marketing campaign pipeline analysis

·       Passion for communicating compelling stories

·       Ability to work in a team setting and hands on

·       Experience working with project management tools (e.g., slack, asana, instagantt)

·       Previous social media experience

·       Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)

·       An understanding of digital content, communication and marketing principles

·       Ability to work within a deadline-oriented and fast paced team environment as an independent self-starter

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Total Compensation: $35,000-$42,000 /year (depending on experience)
