Artemis Research is a leading Principal Investigator and Patient Focused clinical research company dedicated to advancing medical treatments. Established in 2008 by colleagues who bring more than 50 years of combined research experience, Artemis specializes in Psychiatry/Neurology, Internal Medicine, and Vaccine studies. With multiple locations serving Southern California including San Diego and Riverside, each Artemis site is fully equipped to conduct complex clinical research trials. 

The Role

  • Primary oversight of Artemis Research Business Operations, to include Facilities, AP, and Information Technology as directed by the President
  • Manage the IT Service Desk, prioritize IT strategy, vision for the company and be able to step in and support employees as needed
  • Update key company analytics using excel and other sources to ensure our monthly and weekly KPI meetings are running on track and are accurate
  • Facilitate and review the end-to-end execution of annual planning process to include headcount, utilization, and goal planning, etc.
  • Own relationship with site vendors including building lease and maintenance, IT vendor escalations, and HVAC needs
  • Coordinate communication, training, and related change management activities as needed for site projects and initiatives
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs
  • Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Miscellaneous needs such as managing HR mail and site posting requirements
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years directly relevant experience in areas such as office management, senior level administration, business operations management, planning, portfolio/program management or related field.
  • Operational and process-excellence experience with an approach of continuous improvement to identify and implement new ideas.
  • Previous experience in data analytics and producing reports.

Skills/Competencies:  

  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in a quick, professional manner.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide stakeholder updates.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, strong ability to communicate in a professional manner, influence and build relationships across teams and leadership. Ability to develop and present materials to all levels of organization.
