Responsibilities
- Provides project management and technical leadership on environmental planning and compliance projects, including those for compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
- Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects
- Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business resulting from client satisfaction
- Consistently delivers profit margins planned
- Manages more complex clients and projects
- Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such
- Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to project risks
- Supervise and mentor team members with multiple projects or programs assignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Biology, Environmental Planning, Natural/Biological Resource Management or other related field experience
- 10 plus years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education with environmental planning and compliance project experience, including those for compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
- Environmental Assessment and Permitting experience

Permit application and report preparation for local, state and federal agencies
- Experience with the resources and regulatory agencies in Texas
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid time management and follow-through skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks / projects with tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license is required
