Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The HR Manager will be a strategic partner to the leadership team as we continue scaling our organization.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business objectives 

  • Attract, select, and onboard top talent across the organization  

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and enhance sourcing strategies 

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance programs 

  • Coach managers on talent management best practices 

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster an outstanding company culture 

  • Handle employee relations issues ethically and legally 

  • Ensure legal compliance for all HR functions 

  • Analyze workforce metrics and identify opportunities for improvement   

  • Own the HRIS systems, maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures 

  

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of HR experience as a hands-on generalist or HR manager 

  • Deep knowledge of HR disciplines including employment law, compensation, and talent management 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills  

  • Experience guiding managers through HR-related issues  

  • Strategic mindset with ability to align HR initiatives to business goals 

  • Outstanding organization, multitasking, and project management abilities  

  • Passion for coaching, developing, and retaining top talent 

  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business administration, or related field 

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification

  • Availability to sit onsite in Chadds Ford, PA
