Job Summary

Valbridge Property Advisors is seeking a Production Coordinator (Real Estate Appraisal Assistant) to support our commercial real estate appraisal team. This role focuses on accurate data entry, property research, and structured report preparation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality appraisal reports in a professional services environment.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, maintaining accuracy across systems, and supporting a consistent, process-driven workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and data management for commercial real estate appraisal assignments
Research, verify, and maintain property, tax, zoning, and market data
Prepare exhibits, maps, and written sections for appraisal reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in reporting and analysis
Set up and track assignments within structured workflows and systems
Coordinate property inspections and upload completed reports
Collaborate with team members and participate in weekly meetings

Qualifications

Experience in an office, administrative, or data entry role
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required) and Word
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable performing research and working with structured datasets
Clear and professional written and verbal communication

This role is best suited for candidates seeking a stable, detail-oriented position focused on accuracy, consistency, and team support.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday)
Professional, team-based office environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000–$49,000 annually
Benefits include PTO and holidays, medical insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and optional dental and vision coverage
