Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Ls graduating in May 2025 to become Post-Bar Clerks/Associates in Colorado, Texas, or Washington.

This role is remote, but you must sit for the Bar, and reside, in the state you are applying to.

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding student planning to graduate in Spring 2025 and sit for the Bar in July 2025.

This role is set to start September 1, 2025**

Position Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate completed by Spring 2025.

  • Completion of the State Bar Exam in Summer of 2025.

  • Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus.

  • Mock Trial experience is a plus.

This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary plus projected bonuses and billable hour commission that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
