We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a passion for family law to join our team. As a key member of our family law practice, you will handle diverse cases and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This is primarily a Work from Home position; however, you will be required to make all of your in-court appearances and attend client meetings in the office when requested.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent in this position would be expected to do the following:
- Handle diverse family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and other related matters.
- Make a meaningful impact on clients' lives by providing compassionate and effective legal representation.
- Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, meeting the demands of complex cases and legal procedures.
- Prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Present cases before judicial officers, represent clients in court, and attend case-related proceedings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, maintaining open communication and contributing to the collective success of the firm.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and team members to ensure all case details are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Manage caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in family law, demonstrating a solid understanding of key legal principles and practices.
- Active membership and good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
- Exceptional writing skills, evidenced by high-quality writing samples that showcase clarity and persuasiveness.
- Strong verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex legal concepts effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all legal documentation and case management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and productivity.

Compensation: $98,300 - $179,160 annually + commission structure. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, internal and external pay equity, and other job related factors as permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for health insurance with an optional Flexible Spending Account or a Health Savings Account, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401(k) Retirement, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program to support the personal wellness needs of our employees.
