Modern Family Law, a boutique law firm specializing in Family Law, is looking for a compassionate, innovative, and respected Associate Attorney to join our amazing team in Seattle, Washington. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to handle diverse family law cases and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. The position is critical in helping us maintain excellence in client service by balancing legal expertise, client advocacy, and collaboration. To be successful in this role, the incumbent in this position would be expected to do the following:

- Primarily work from home but attend all required in-court appearances.
- Be available for in-person client meetings at the office when requested.

Position Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law, demonstrating a solid understanding of case management in a legal setting.
- Active admission to the Washington State Bar, with a commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- Exceptional writing skills, proven through writing samples that showcase clarity, precision, and legal acumen.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal matters effectively to both clients and colleagues.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all legal documentation and communications.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A client-focused mindset, with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and enhancing the client experience.

- Expertise in Family Law: Demonstrated experience in handling family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters.
- Licensed Attorney: Active admission to the Washington State Bar, with a strong commitment to upholding legal ethics and professional integrity.
- Exceptional Legal Writing: Proven ability to craft clear, persuasive, and legally sound documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Notes on Compensation: This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
