Job Description: Jackalope Ranch, a renowned restaurant located in Indio, California, is currently seeking experienced Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of solid server experience who are dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Greeting and welcoming guests with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
· Take, verify, and transmit accurate food and beverage orders.
· Serve food and beverages properly and efficiently.
· Provide meal suggestions and respond to customers' questions.
· Throughout the dining experience, anticipate and fulfill guests' wants or needs.
· Address any concerns or complaints from guests with politeness and patience.
· Collaborate with the kitchen and bar workers to ensure a seamless service flow.
· Maintain the restaurant area's tidiness and organization. Accurately process payments.
· Observe all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

· Minimum of two years' experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
· Extensive understanding of food and beverage service processes.
· Outstanding communication and people skills
· Multitasking and pressure-tolerance abilities
· Excellent capabilities in guest service
· Accuracy and skill in processing cash transactions
· Flexibility to work as needed on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
