Job Title: Community Manager
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm; occasional meetings outside of these hours)

Role Summary: The Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the community, acting as a liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners. Responsibilities include overseeing amenity centers, preparing reports, and ensuring a positive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee community operations in line with management agreements and policies.
- Stay informed about community maintenance duties and manage related contracts.
- Suggest significant expenditures based on resident feedback and major community projects.
- Evaluate and ensure the performance of sub-contractors.
- Allocate and track maintenance work orders.
- Compile and present monthly reports to the Board.
- Regularly inspect common areas within the community.
- Keep detailed records of covenant violations, work orders, and architectural requests.
- Manage daily facility operations, including handling calls, emails, resident interactions, and programming.
- Coordinate facility rentals, resident group activities, and community events.
- Supervise the maintenance of the swim and fitness center and liaise with contractors.
- Orient new residents and maintain the resident database.
- Develop and distribute community newsletters and update the website.
- Provide administrative assistance as required.
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's Degree (A.A.) or commensurate experience preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Financial and budget understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and type for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Capable of walking outdoors for 60-90 minutes
- Ability to drive and sit in a car for extended periods
Compensation:
- Pay: $24 - $28 per hour
