This role is responsible for enforcing community Covenants, Rules, and Regulations, as well as Design guidelines. The position collaborates closely with the Community Manager and Resident Liaison to deliver excellent customer service to residents, Board Members, and District Management. It also serves as a liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners, addressing covenant violations, landscape improvements, and overall community maintenance. This is an on-site position with regular weekday hours and occasional evening meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of grounds, identify covenant violations, architectural issues, and unapproved changes to properties.
  • Generate and send violation letters, maintain detailed logs, and communicate consistently with residents and Board members to address and resolve violations.
  • Review and process Architectural Review Applications, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
  • Facilitate variance request hearings as needed.
  • Address and resolve community issues reported by Board Members and residents.
  • Work on sustainability applications and reimbursements with the sustainability committee and District Manager.
  • Assist in creating and distributing community newsletters and welcome packets.
  • Update and monitor the community website.
  • Prepare and submit covenant control reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Issue status letters for property resales.
  • Open work orders for observed issues on District property and within community facilities.
  • Assist the Community Manager and Resident Liaison with various assigned tasks.

  • Experience with Rec Desk, Asana, Maxess, and Smartwebs is preferred.

 

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates Degree (A.A.) or commensurate experience is preferred.
