Administers the guest’s entire experience from the initial call, to booking a reservation, while providing excellent customer service. Must have superior communication, computer and phone skills, be very organized, an enjoyable personality, and basic conflict resolution capabilities. Needs to have a clear understanding of pushing sales and increasing revenue, while enabling the upmost customer experience. This is a full time, year round position.
