PTV America, Inc., a subsidiary of the German based PTV Group, a technology leader in Logistics software and Traffic simulation, seeks a Customer Support Specialist for our HQ office in Arlington, Virginia. 

Summary:

Reporting directly to Sales Operation Manager, the Customer Support Specialist is responsible for aspects of sales operations, order management and customer support. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance renewal follow-ups

• CRM data management

• General customer inquiries management and assignment

• Technical support management

• Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.

• Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer or technical support role

• Prior experience using CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Dynamics)

• Excellent verbal, and writing skills

• Must have great organizational skills and detail orientated

• Able to meet project deadlines

• Strong desire to build and expand your knowledge base

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and works collaboratively with teams

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
