What Will I Do
As a Senior Lead Recruiter, you will be vital in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. This role will collaborate with various entities and departments, including HR, hiring managers, and executives, to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth goals and objectives. The role demands a proactive and agile approach to keep up with the rapid pace of the business and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
What you will do
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional areas.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and skills.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
Plan and execute the interview process by communicating expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.
Identify, build, and manage collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across California and Colorado. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This is a 3-month contract assignment, $40-60 per hour, Depending on experience.
