Job Description:
Delivers reusable, stable integration solutions to line of business requirements based on best practices of development, and operations.

Job Responsibilities:
 Develops plans for large scale operational, fault tolerant integration solutions.
 Designs tools for management of systems
 Designs processes and best practices for code governance
 Ensure governance standards are employed.
 Defines test procedures as part of governance models.
 Enhances architecture team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
 Identifies user requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods; studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labeling; 
 Validates information delivery by developing and completing test plans; evaluating traffic patterns; studying user feedback; coordinating with Usability Specialists.
 Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirements:
 A minimum of 5 years of professional technical experience related to software development, systems design and deployment, or networking and infrastructure. 
 A minimum of 4 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or any other hands on leadership role. 
 A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly.

Technical Skills:
 Must have development experience in webMethods Integration server
 webMethods IS 6.0 through 9.6 experience preferred.
 2+ years on webMethods IS Admin
 2+ years on webMethods IS Development
 At least one large scale upgrade project; both IS and Broker.
 Local and remote team management skills required.
 Project management skills using MSFT Project or the like required.

Education:
Bachelors degree required.
