More about the role:

You’ll manage the full cycle recruiting process – sourcing, screening, identifying a pipeline of qualified candidates, as well as facilitating the selection methodology 

You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers and work closely with the Office Manager team to facilitate requisitions, interview arrangements, and onboarding

Develop process for engagement and build relationships with third parties

Create effective job postings and company branding to keep up with talent acquisition trends

Manage employer branding and partnerships

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required

2-4 years’ experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes with 2 years’ technical recruiting experience (i.e. engineering and data roles)

Must have healthcare technology or services recruiting experience in a direct company setting

Demonstrate the ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies to support business objectives

Possess excellent teamwork and collaboration skills and the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
