About the Role

The Senior Client Solutions Analyst is responsible for providing subject matter expertise throughout the sales, delivery and ongoing client support processes. Additionally, the role will support internal teams at use case development and ongoing data support. The role provides hands-on analytic support, presentation development/delivery and process management to ensure client/project goals and objectives are achieved, and that functional requirements are satisfied.

  • You will support the sales process as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) through ongoing use case development, proof of concept development and proposal development and delivery
  • Cultivate relationships to ensure and promote overall value proposition and credibility of data and data offerings
  • Participate in client-facing calls and meetings to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Work with Data Development and NLP teams to design and populate use cases and proof of concept reports
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to report on the deal’s overall progress
  • Work with Data Development, NLP and Analytics teams to design, schedule and deliver all elements of contractual engagements 
  • Work cross-functionally and with functional leaders to ensure on-time delivery of all aspects of client requirements to at least meet but usually exceed expectations
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to report on the project’s overall progress
  • Support internal development activities 
  • Work cross-functionally and with functional leaders to develop differentiated data products and service models
  • Support marketing activities and events 
  • Work cross-functionally and with functional leaders to develop marketing content and opportunities
  • Attend industry conferences


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required. MBA, MPH or Masters in Bioinformatics preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years’ healthcare analytics, customer management and consulting experience in the healthcare (life sciences preferred) industry required.
  • Ability to abstract generalized requirements throughout the client engagement cycle (e.g. research objectives, market definitions, project requirements) with a strong analytical, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of general QA data and analytic offerings. Experience in data and analytics.
  • Written and oral communication skills, particularly working with medical and business professionals.
  • MS Office Suite proficient. Programming skills not required but preferred, advanced use of MS Office Tools desirable (Excel / Word/PowerPoint ).
  • Nice to have (one or more of) experience with SQL, R or Python, Power BI, Tableau

Our Current Solutions

Through the use of OncoHealth’s utilization management system, OneUM, our customers can use a single e-Prior Authorization portal for all oncology drug request and treatments. Our system improves quality of care, reduces provider abrasion and gives health plans visibility into the total cost of oncology treatment.    

OncoHealth offers Oncology Insights Pro, an analytic software solution that enables health plans to use data and analytics to improve oncology programs.  Using real world data, our engineers normalize data to create analytic dashboards with drill down compatibilities.  The data is the paired with expert guidance providing the strategies an insight needed to keep up with the continuing evolving cancer treatment landscape.   

OncoHealth offers Pharmacy Consulting services to health plans and pharmaceutical companies.  New cancer treatments are entering the market at an unrelenting pace.  Since 2018, the FDA approved 121 new cancer applications including 49 novel cancer drug entities.  Our Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacologists can help health plans update drug policies, offer utilization management and formulary advice, and development training for staff.
