Job Responsibilities

· Supervise drivers; create work schedules, plan and delegate work assignments and routes, train employees and provide continuous feedback and coaching to ensure employees are successful and productive

· Create optimal routes and dispatch drivers according to customer requests and business needs

· Review Geotab reports on a weekly basis to ensure drivers are meeting KPI’s; provide coaching where necessary

· Oversee the maintenance of all vehicles including inspection, cleanliness, and functionality

· Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns, outstanding credits or open/unpaid invoices; partner with Sales Team to create invoices and process orders; print and release online web orders, when applicable

· Ensure all drivers adhere to all OSHA and safety compliance standards; provide a safe and hazard-free environment for all employees

Competencies and Skills

· A high school diploma or GED

· At least 4 years of experience in a distribution, transportation or logistics environment and at least 2 years of management experience

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time

· Proficiency in GPS/Fleet Tracking or Vehicle Tracking Systems

· Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

· Strong technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to work Monday - Friday 6:30 AM/7:00 AM-4:30 PM/5:00 PM

Compensation Package:

Annual Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00
