Position Summary


KSI Auto Parts is an industry-leading distributor of quality aftermarket collision parts in the United States. Our focus includes servicing collision repair facilities for both insurance and non-insurance related work by offering a large variety of certified and non-certified parts from over 80 suppliers. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible maintaining and updating inventory as well as participating in annual inventory procedures. The main task of the Inventory Control Specialist is to search, locate, and report inventory errors and perform audits and adjustments.


Position Responsibilities:


·        Maintain and update inventory records as well as reconcile inventories to book records and make necessary adjustments

·        Participate in annual physical inventory procedures

·        Perform weekly cycle counts and make necessary system adjustments

·        Assists with processing returns and move returned products to its proper location.

·        Maintain tight security over inventory and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to inventory records

·        Conduct search to locate products within the system, adjust records and take proper steps when there are discrepancies

·        Generates all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts including records of all audits, counts and adjustments

·         Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:


·         A high school diploma or equivalent required

·         3 years of experience as an Inventory Control Specialist

·         Forklift or order picker and RF Scanner experience preferred

·         Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently

·         Proficiency in WMS, Excel, and general computer skills

·         Inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices

·         Interpersonal and communication skills, Accuracy, and great attention to detail


Compensation Package and Perks:


·      Competitive salary range based on experience level, $35,000 - $45,000 annually
