BEKO Technologies, Corp. is a manufacturer of all the ancillary components and system solutions associated with compressed air and gas and we are looking for an In-House Service Technician. The In-House Service Technician will provide tactical support to new and existing customers for compressed air treatment products and systems. This position requires occasional travel, but not more than 10%. The person will work from the companies headquarter in Atlanta.

The detailed duties include:
• In-House repair and troubleshooting of compressed air treatment products
• Utilize SAP to log all warranty related information
• Startups and/or start up training for special projects
• Maintain in-house compressed air system
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze product warranty
• Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems as well as MS Outlook, MS Word, & MS Excel
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• General knowledge and experience in customer orders, shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of practical experience (preferred in the compressed air industry or related industry’s)
Preferred Skills:
• Refrigeration experience in dehydration technology for compressed air treatment
• Compressed air field technician with air treatment background
Necessary Skills:
• Background of a service technician (hands on)
• Ability to read and understand P&ID and wiring diagrams
• Electrical troubleshooting and understanding of elementary motor control circuits
• Problem solving to identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information verbally and in writing
• Speak clearly and persuasively; group presentation skills and ability to conduct meetings
• Willingness and ability to make timely decisions, using sound and accurate judgment
• Prioritize and plan work activities and develop realistic action plans
