BEKO Technologies, Corp. is a manufacturer of all the ancillary components and system solutions associated with compressed air and gas and we are looking for an experienced Production Technician.

• Plant Manager

 

Description of Duties:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Follow production processes for quality and productivity.
• Inspect products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Follow all regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Set up, operate and clean up production equipment and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain and enter production data for quality and traceability.
• Provide production update, progress, and/or issues to production managers.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.
• Responsible for machine operation in an industrial setting.

 

Qualifications:

• ·        CNC experience a plus (depending on assigned work station)
• ·        Ability to use Micrometers and Calipers required
• ·        Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), SAP experience a plus
• ·        Attention to detail
• ·        Ability to work on your feet for shifts of as many as eight hours or more in a manufacturing or assembly plant environment
• ·        Ability to continuously lift 50lbs comfortably
• ·        Ability to wear assigned PPE for the duration of the shift
• ·        Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
• ·        Ability to read and comprehend equipment operation, production procedures and maintenance manuals, and apply knowledge
• ·        Ability to be dependable, flexible and adaptable to meet changing needs
• ·        Follow written and oral instructions; communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

 

Physical Demands: Stand, bend and twist, reach, push, pull, look downward (up to continuously); walk, stoop, kneel (frequently); squat, climb, foot controls (occasionally); lift/carry up to 50 pounds (frequently), lift over 50 pounds (occasionally); grasp manipulate small and large production items/equipment (continuously).
