BEKO Technologies Corp is a manufacturer of all the ancillary components and system solutions associated with compressed air and gas, and we are looking for a Product Specialist reporting to the manager of product management.

Position Description:

BEKO Technologies, Corp.’s Product Specialist will be responsible providing internal customers with technical product and part information, technical product application support, assist product managers, and other support type activities related to BEKO’s product lines.

Additionally, this person will be responsible for updating the SAP database with accurate and up to date product information, change notifications and other support functions as required by the manager.


The position will work from the company headquarters in Atlanta.


Areas of Responsibility:

Product Specialist

  • Manage resolution of inquiries related to part identification for all product lines.
  • Identify supporting tools and/or documents to aid in the resolution of inquiries and make recommendations to Product Managers to create or improve sales tools.
  • Record inquiries and provide report of resolution status.
  • Triage direct or escalated inquiries and resolve or route to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Responsible for SAP material master data including material creation, data maintenance including substitutions and other end of life activities.
  • Maintain customer material records for OEM customers.
  • Maintain notification of change (NOC) records and assist with transitional activities that are required to meet the effectivity date of product changes.
  • Submit BEKO’s monthly and quarterly sales information to CAGI and also update and communicate these updates to the product management department.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to think critically, with a proven ability to solve problems.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude.
  • Very detail oriented with the ability organize his/her work.
  • Ability to capture data and create reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate complex, technical thoughts in writing.
  • SAP experience a plus.



Education & Experience:

  • Technical diploma, bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 to 3 years of Customer Service, Technical Support, or Product Management experience and/or combination of compressed air industry experience required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
