BEKO Technologies Corp is a manufacturer of all the ancillary components and system solutions associated with compressed air and gas and we are looking for an experienced Production Technician.
He/She performs production duties in various areas of the manufacturing process. Production Technicians are typically trained on the job but need to display the following:
Education:HS diploma or similar
Work Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing environment
Description of duties:
- Employee is primarily responsible for processing product in the “DPX” operation;
- Assembling manifolds using pipe and flange fittings;
- Operation of pipe threading machine;
- Working with SAP to process orders with serialization;
- Assemble and test dryers;
- Troubleshooting and repairing air leaks in system;
- Electrical wiring, conduit bending, and panel assembly;
- Occasional welding and metal fab work; operation of overhead crane
- Perform other manufacturing tasks as assigned and trained
Qualification: Operation is primarily “training on the job”. Therefore mainly generic qualifications are required:
- Attention to detail
- Good dexterity
- Quick learner
- Dependable and good work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Solid English skills (verbal, reading, writing)
- Good computer skills, SAP experience a plus
- Ability to interpret drawings and schematics
- Able to lift 50lb
- Able to stand and bend for extended periods of time
- Team player
