CoLabs is a software incubator that partners with industry leaders to build cloud-based solutions, using artificial intelligence and machine learning, tailored to specific industry challenges. 

The Senior Sales Executive will report to the VP of Sales and is responsible for identifying prospects, building a strong pipeline, and closing new business for IntelAgree, CoLabs’ contract management platform. This person will be a skilled salesperson (and will therefore able to position and demo IntelAgree strongly and negotiate and close business effectively), have an acute attention to detail (so that customers always feel heard and supported, and internal documentation stays up to date), and be comfortable working with a diverse group of people (both internally and externally). The Senior Sales Executive will partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Development teams to ensure positive experiences for people in the pipeline and beyond.

Senior Sales Executive responsibilities:

Above all else, the Senior Sales Executive is responsible for delivering on the company’s revenue goals and providing a five-star customer experience from beginning to end. This person will achieve this by executing on the product’s Go-to-Market strategy and handling the following day-to-day responsibilities:

·       Sales Process:

o   Generating new target prospects through research, social-selling, networking, and other means 

o   Targeting and qualifying prospects, to include leading prospect meetings and product demonstrations 

o   Converting target prospects to sales opportunities through relationship-building, product knowledge, and an understanding of critical business needs and how IntelAgree can help

o   Developing customized demonstrations and proposals based on prospects’ business needs and requirements

o   Closing business through skilled negotiation and partnership with potential customers and internal leadership team

·        Post-Conversion:

o   Partnering with Implementation and Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale is closed

·       Admin and Reporting:

o   Keeping CRM up-to-date with all contact and deal information

o   Delivering appropriate reports on time and complete



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 – 10 years of total sales experience, with at least 3+ years of software sales (preferably for a SaaS company)
  • Ability to work full time based out of our Tampa, FL headquarters
  • Proven experience with CRMs and lead generation tools including the ability to pull data and run reports
  • Knowledge about modern B2B demand generation
