We are seeking an amazing Program Manager, who will have substantial responsibility for development and execution of learning programs for our customers. 

You will take the lead on developing implementation programs to support our customers’ strategic direction, as well as creating and managing progress on short and long-term goals. Using your prior experience in both program and team management, you will build and run programs that work brilliantly, alongside a team of committed technology, design and software professionals – and you will grow fast in our environment, as our customer base grows. 

You know what it takes to be a good vendor – you anticipate potential problems, before they become real problems. You understand the customer, because you are a very experienced, vendor-side professional – you know your customer’s needs, and how to make sure that your team meets them. 

Who are you as a person? 

You are the person who makes sure that everyone has a copy of the agenda and the meeting materials, before the meeting. You have the extra charger that everyone borrows; you are the one who put the dial-in instructions in the calendar notice. By the time the meeting starts, you have been there for ten minutes already – and the video equipment and platform have been tested, and are working, in every time zone the participants are in. You love it when a plan is being followed smoothly, when there are no surprises, and when everyone knows what their next steps are. 

Your meetings end with smiles. You like people to be happy. You believe that most people are actually good eggs, and really trying to do their jobs – and you like to help them. People describe you as completely conscientious, unfailingly kind, ridiculously optimistic and constantly efficient. And they trust you, always, to do what you say you’ll do. 

You are able to break down and explain tasks, gain consensus on solutions to problems, and creatively solve issues – while they’re still small.  You want to work in a high-trust environment, supported by people who also bring their whole selves to work, who believe in their mission, and invest in one another, every single day. Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience implementing solutions on the vendor side  
  • Experience working with SaaS products 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management 
  • Highly regarded interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills 
  • Proven record as a dependable, flexible manager of team projects 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace, dynamic environment 
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively manage time, among teammates who are incredibly talented, and busy 


Desired Qualities/Skills 

  • PMP or similar certification 
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software, or similar platform 


*This is a remote position, with successful candidates needing to join in-person meetings at HQ from time to time.
