DESIRED QUALITIES:
Reporting to the Director of Apprenticeship and Training, the Apprenticeship Coordinator will support candidates, apprentices, alumni, and employers and collaborate cross-functionally. The role will consist of helping individuals with their professional development, overseeing the apprenticeship program, coordinating with the Sales team to support employer partners, and leading the alumni relations program. The Coordinator will also maintain relationships with training partners and is currently living within the Greater St. Louis area.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and video conferencing across multiple platforms
- Strong interest in the cyber domain and the motivation to keep abreast of what is occurring in the industry and to continuously update knowledge
Preferred
- HubSpot and Salesforce experience or knowledge
- Resume writing and optimization, career counseling, or recruitment experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide guidance and support to individuals throughout the apprenticeship process (preparation, application, job interviews, apprenticeship, and alumni) through regular communications and interactions.
- Lead the organization’s professional development efforts including resume writing, interview preparation, LinkedIn optimization, etc. by offering one-on-one coaching, providing instructional materials, coordinating classes, and leading in-person and virtual events.
- Assist the Business Relationship Manager in matching employers with suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the apprenticeship onboarding process.
- Complete monthly check-ins with apprentices to ensure compliance with national program standards with thorough and timely documentation of records, metrics, and milestones for reporting and audits. Coordinate with Business Relationship Manager to report apprentice’s progress to employer partners.
- Plan and execute in-person alumni events, and collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager on alumni communications plan.
- Align with Marketing Communications Manager to collect success stories and testimonials.
- Attend and speak at in-person and virtual events and meetings on behalf of the organization as needed.
- Meet assigned organizational goals.
COMPENSATION:
The range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000/year. CyberUp pays 75% of health, dental, and vision for Employee and their Spouse and matches 50% of the first 5% of Employee contribution; not to exceed 2.5% of compensation, whichever is less in a 401k. Employees accrue up to 15 days per year in PTO in their first year of employment plus 14 holidays. This is a salaried, exempt position with an expected average of 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling and hybrid work environments are available.
