Key Responsibilities:
Cultivating and owning strong relationships with your portfolio of clients and seeking to serve client needs with existing or new services
Creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc)
Developing strategies, identifying KPIs, and making informed recommendations with client goals and objectives in mind.
Reporting meaningful insights for accountability and to inform future initiatives.
Comfortably presenting meaningful and accessible, data-driven insights to clients and leading client interactions with conviction
Honing skills in pursuit of further expertise in areas of specialization.
This role may involve leading (or growing to lead) a team of Analysts.
Qualifications
3 years working in a primary marketing or development (fundraising) function, preferably with knowledge of arts and/or non-profit organizations.
Demonstrated interest in the organizations we serve (This can look like many things; there is no one size fits all interest)
Ability to navigate complex situations (both internal and external) with ease
Track record of identifying and solving problems
Organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Openness to learning new things (particularly technical skills)
The ability to work independently from home
Ability to collaborate with your team remotely
Compensation:
The compensation for this position starts at $58,500.

Additional Requirements:
We are currently a fully remote company with no physical office. While we remain remote, this job requires a significant amount of time on-camera for internal and external video calls.
